Meet Pat Bryne, Co-Founder of Integrity Security. With a wealth of experience in the industry, he is committed to excellence and innovative security solutions.

​Meet Brian Cleary, Director of Executive Support. Brian served for over 40 years in the Defence Forces before joining Integrity. His military career spanned crisis management, logistics support, personnel leadership, and multiple domestic and international deployments. During COVID‑19, he led Defence Forces contingency operations and coordinated support with the HSE, Gardaí, government departments, and local authorities. More recently, he led Defence Forces activities across Ireland’s Southern Region.

Meet Martin Mooney, COO of Integrity Security. Martin joined the company after 40 years of exemplary service in An Garda Síochána, where he rose to the rank of Superintendent. With invaluable experience and unrivalled operational skills, Martin has overseen large-scale events, including the overall policing operation of the Ed Sheeran and Garth Brooks concerts in Croke Park ensuring the smooth and safe experience for over 450,000 attendees.

Meet Alan Murphy, Director of Sales & Marketing at Integrity Security. With over 30 years of management experience across aviation and security, Alan brings strong commercial and operational expertise. He spent 15 years in aviation before moving into security, where he has led corporate and event operations across Ireland and the EMEA region, delivering tailored, client-focused solutions.

Meet Conor McGuirk, Director of Events & Projects at Integrity Security. With over 30 years of experience, Conor has led security for major events like the London Olympics, Papal visit, and Europa League finals. Specialising in crowd safety, he’s been instrumental in implementing safety systems for large-scale events in Ireland and Saudi Arabia.

Welcome David Ryan Client Director, David has worked with Integrity Security through our sister company Stiles Events. David steps into the full time role of Client Director dealing with our valued clients and management team. David is involved in Event Control, security control and planning roles on major sporting, festival and large scale events across the Island of Ireland.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Meet Michael Walsh, Crime Prevention Specialist. Michael served for over 30 years in An Garda Síochána, specialising in crime prevention, community safety and risk reduction. His career included senior crime prevention roles, working closely with local authorities, housing bodies and industry partners.​

He now advises on the integration of recognised security standards into planning and the built environment, supporting public and private sector clients in reducing risk and protecting people, property and assets.

Meet Simona Kotoviciute-Mungla, Operations Director of Integrity Security. Dedicated and passionate, Simona excels in customer relationship management and is known for her responsibility and trustworthiness. With strong data analysis skills, her excellent organisational abilities and work ethic make her an invaluable asset. Simona is highly respected for her respectful manner and success in building and motivating dynamic teams.

For the past six years, Kieran has worked across the security sector in both field operations and training, giving him a strong understanding of frontline challenges and workforce development. Today, he focuses on creating scalable scheduling and rostering solutions that support both business performance and team effectiveness.

​Meet Adam Banks, a skilled professional with 14 years of industry experience and five years of exemplary service in An Garda Síochána. Adam has managed control room operations for major events like Electric Picnic and All Together Now. He leads report management and staff training, consistently demonstrating strong leadership and dedication, making a lasting impact on events and team development.

Meet Karen Tormey, a seasoned security professional with over 20 years of experience. As Area Manager at Integrity Security, she oversees retail and static site operations, managing a team delivering 2,000+ hours monthly. Karen plays a key role in recruitment, training, and policy development, ensuring high standards across all sites. Her leadership in large-scale event security and commitment to staff development make her an invaluable asset to the industry.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Sharon excels in managing events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large festivals. Meet Honorata Viduto. Roster Manager at Integrity Security. With her exceptional skill in organisation, planning and implementing strategy for events, Honorata is a vital part of the company, always ensuring that the clients' needs are fully satisfied with the utmost dedication.

Meet Vida Armalaite, a valued member of the Human Resources Department at Integrity Security. Vida brings 12 years of experience from the hospitality sector. She supports the team through essential administration duties, managing employee files and documentation, assisting with rosters when needed, and taking on any additional tasks required. Dedicated, hardworking, and not afraid of a challenge, Vida is a strong team player who takes pride in the work she does.

Meet Damien Mc Granaghan, an experienced Event Manager who started in security in 2018. Since then, he has led operations at major events, including the Galway Christmas Market, St. Patrick’s Day in Limerick, the Men’s and Women’s Irish Open Golf, and Electric Picnic. With strong leadership, team management skills, and attention to detail, Damien ensures every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Meet Ivan Harvey, Event Manager at Integrity Security. With 41 years of experience in the security industry, Ivan has owned and managed his own security company, worked at the London Olympics overseeing the search area, and led security teams at major festivals across England, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. From client meetings and event planning to managing large-scale operations like Slane for many years, Ivan’s extensive experience and leadership make him an invaluable asset to the Integrity Security team.

Meet Charlene Acheson, Regional Event & Roster Manager at Integrity Security. With 8 years of experience in the security industry, Charlene has progressed from steward to managing staff rosters and overseeing security teams at major events, including the Irish Open 2024. Known for her strong communication and organisational skills, Charlene ensures smooth operations across multiple locations. As part of the All-Ireland Business Foundation Superteam in 2024, she brings a proactive and efficient approach to every event.

With 7 years of experience in the security industry and serving as an Event Manager since February 2023, Callum has managed security teams at major events such as the UEFA Cup Final, Electric Picnic, Life Festival, and the Irish Open. Passionate about every job, big or small, Callum brings extensive expertise in crowd management, emergency first aid, fire safety, and more. His experience managing Tallaght Stadium for three seasons has further honed his skills in the sporting event industry, making him a key member of the Integrity Security team.

Meet Danny O’Brien, Event & Area Manager at Integrity Security. With over 20 years of experience in the security industry and three years in his current role, Danny specialises in event security and crowd management. He has worked across major events in Dublin, including large-scale festivals and League of Ireland matches with Bohemian FC and Shamrock Rovers. Recognised for his composure under pressure, he received a life-saving commendation in 2020 for his decisive actions in a critical situation.
